I look forward to working with you during the next six months through the Fast Track to Success--Intensive! (10 sessions/6 months) Business Coaching Package. I am deeply committed to helping you create and achieve your vision for your business. During the next six months/10, 45 minute coaching sessions will be scheduled. We will target your specific goals and develop a Strategic Action Plan for implementation. We will also address your specific questions and concerns during the sessions. You will schedule 10 individual coaching sessions over the course of the next six months. As consistency drives results, these sessions must be completed within 6 months from the date of your first coaching session. You are expected to schedule your first coaching session within two weeks of your 'Talk with Renee' Session.
Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, legal counsel, financial advice or psychotherapy. You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.
As your coach, you can expect me to:
1. Be a partner in bringing out the best, the deepest, and the truest in you.
2. Provide safety, encouragement, support and an environment in which you can relax and explore options for your business.
3. Assure you of complete confidentiality. Any and all information you disclose to me will be held in the strictest confidence.
4. Expand your view of what is possible and promote discovery of new insights.
5. Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board and as an accountability partner.
6. Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness.
7. Be an on-going resource for you in accomplishing your goals.
As my client, I expect that you will:
1. Cultivate a core honesty with yourself.
2. Commit yourself to intentions that are truly meaningful and significant to you.
3. Be open to my feedback and keep me honestly informed as to what is and is not working for you.
4.Take ownership for your progress and your accomplishments, completing the necessary business development work.
5. Schedule 10 coaching sessions within a six month time period beginning with the date of your first coaching session.
6. Understand that a coaching session must be canceled 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session and that failure to give 24-hour notification of a cancellation will result in forfeiting the session.
7. Not share resources that are available to you as a client of The Private Practice Coach with any other individual, company or organization and understand that such resources are proprietary to The Private Practice Coach.
8. Take financial responsibility for the payment terms of our coaching agreement.
My philosophy is that you have the capacity and the inner resources to
approach your current business situation in a way that transforms your
ability to have more of what you want and with considerably less effort.
The Optimal Coaching Experience
The Fast Track to Success--Intensive! Business Coaching Package includes 10 coaching sessions over a 6 month time period. This coaching package extends for six months to allow for flexibility in scheduling and payment. Each coaching session is 45 minutes in length.
I also offer "Just in Time" coaching. I am available between coaching sessions to assist in any way I can. We will use the Client Log for such communications. This will create a "journal" of your success. On occasion, you may have an urgent question, request for feedback or want a confidential response to a situation where you don't want to wait for your next coaching session. You can text me or call me direct at 815-370-6097. I will respond as quickly as possible. Note: I try to respond to the Client Log/Emails with 24 hours except late Friday afternoon and on the weekend. If you contact me on a weekend, I most likely will not respond until Monday.
You will also be invited to attend the Private Practice Exchange, a monthly Zoom meeting with clients of the Private Practice Coach. During this call I will answer Burning Questions and even do some "Hot Seat Coaching" addressing a hot topic presented by one of my clients. Also, I invite you to join the Private Facebook Group, The Private Practice Exchange, just for clients of The Private Practice Coach.
We will connect via Zoom for our coaching calls. A link to Zoom will be sent to you in your Appointment Confirmation and again in your Appointment Reminder. You always have the option to connect via phone. If you prefer to connect via phone, call me at 815-370-6097 at the day and time of your coaching appointment.
Private Client Access
Everything we will be using in this coaching experience (scheduling calendar, tools, forms, schedules, documents, resources, etc.) will be housed conveniently on a secured and confidential "Private Client Portal." Upon enrolling for the coaching experience, you will be given a unique username and password. Whenever you would like, you may access this "Private Client Portal" area to access, review and/or update the tools, documents, logs, resources, etc. that we’ll be using throughout our coaching.
Through this Private Client Portal I will provide you with a specific tool, Call Strategy Planning Form, to support you in preparing for your coaching session so we can leverage every minute we spend together. I will also provide you with another specific tool to support you after our coaching session is complete, the Post-Session Recap Form. After each coaching session, you will complete the Post-Session Recap form to enhance and anchor what was discussed during that coaching session. In between each coaching session you will have access to me via the Client Log so that at any time you have questions, become stuck or care to share victories I am available to you.
Confidentiality
The Coach represents, warrants and agrees as follows:
All information provided by the Client to the Coach during the course of the coaching relationship will be deemed "Confidential Information" and kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Coach will not disclose any communications, either verbal or written, that have taken place either between the Coach and the Client or with regard to this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.
This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Coach may use for promotional reasons only with the consent of the Client. The Client may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Confidential Information" does not include information that is:
(a) previously known to the Coach prior to discussions regarding this Agreement, free from any obligation to keep it confidential, or
(b) publicly disclosed by the Client either prior to or subsequent to the receipt by the Coach of such information, or
(c) independently developed by the Coach without any access to Confidential Information, or
(d) rightfully obtained by the Coach from a third party lawfully in possession of Confidential Information who is not bound by confidentiality obligations to the Client.
The Coach may disclose Confidential Information if required to do so under applicable law, rule or order; provided that the Coach, where reasonably practical and to the extent legally permissible, provides the Client with prior written notice of the required disclosure. The Coach will return, or at the Client's request, destroy, all copies of the Confidential Information in the Coach’s possession or control upon termination of this Agreement.
Payment
The total amount of our coaching agreement is $2748.00. By agreeing to pay in full, your investment for this coaching package will be $2473.00--a 10% savings of $275.00. This amount will be billed to your credit card via the payment service, Stripe, at the time of purchase.
Renee's Guarantee
I would be honored to enter into a coaching relationship with you and want you to join in the coaching experience. You have been looking for this resource and we do not want to delay you any longer. In order for you to feel comfortable with your decision, I would like to remove any financial risk you may perceive.
If after participating fully and completing the Action Items associated with the first coaching session, you do not agree that the process of coaching was of value to you, let me know anytime within 5 days of your first coaching session and I will promptly make arrangements to refund you for any monies paid to date.
This program is about you taking positive action to develop a powerful foundation on which to simplify and manage your business. If you participate fully, you'll get the kind of results outlined. If you do not show up for the calls or follow through on the commitments we’ve made together, the only guarantee is that it will not work for you!
